Men's Meeting Saturday @ 6pm
Just a reminder to the men that we have a men's meeting on Saturday evening 7/30 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the church. We will begin by eating a meal together, then spend time together in the Word and in prayer. Our main focus will be to continue discussion on the teaching we heard at the Godly Grit seminar in June. All men are strongly encouraged to attend - if you were not at the seminar and want the notes from that seminar ahead of time please contact Kris Reckers.

Service at the Park
Sunday Morning we will have our annual service at Wade Park, again as part of White Pigeon Days. We will have Sunday School and then meet briefly in the sanctuary before dismissing for that service, which starts at 11:00AM. Please bring along lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Sunday evening, of course, is the start of Vacation Bible School, which runs through Friday evening.
Opportunity to Help
Many of you are probably aware of the tragic accident that took the life of Shad Miller - your prayers for his family, friends & co-workers are appreciated. We have also been asked by Siloam to help with a meal at his funeral on Friday, so if you can help out with that please contact Chris Miller.
